Compass provides value-based care financial modeling tools for health plans, employers, providers, and consultants. The public modeling tool on the landing page runs entirely in your browser. Compass Pro offers authenticated access to saved models, scenario comparisons, and exportable term sheets.
Compass Pro requires authenticated access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Compass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the security of other users' data.
All content, tools, modeling frameworks, financial calculation logic, and term sheet templates presented on this site are the proprietary intellectual property of Compass. Models, scenarios, and exports you generate belong to you. The underlying methodology, calculation architecture, and framework design remain ours.
Compass's tools produce estimates based on user inputs and published assumptions. Nothing on this site constitutes actuarial certification, financial advice, a binding contract term, or a guarantee of value-based care performance. Model outputs are illustrative. Organizations should consult their own actuarial, legal, and financial advisors before making contracting decisions.
Compass provides this site and its tools "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Compass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this site or its tools.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
